Researchers from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Beth Israel, and Harvard found that two hours of exposure to narrow band green light (nbGL) reduced anxiety levels and improved sleep quality. Participants reported greater relaxation and fewer sleep disturbances following nbGL exposure. These findings suggest that nbGL may offer a simple, noninvasive approach to supporting mental health and enhancing sleep.
