MiOptics (Sport, Sport Plus), MiClips (Standard, Deluxe, Computer Vision), MiOptics Pro and MiOptics Precise therapeutic lenses were developed to help users manage specific vision and comfort needs. Please review the recommended use guide to achieve the most therapeutic benefit from your glasses. We recommend wearing your lenses for at least 2 weeks to best adapt to them.

If you're not satisfied, simply return your nonprescription/noncustom lenses in their original condition with original packaging and inserts for a refund or exchange – just pay return shipping. 

Returns must be made within 60 days of the shipping date to be eligible for a full refund.

What's Eligible For Return

  • All nonprescription (plano) MiOptics products
  • All nonprescription (plano) MiClips products
  • MiOptics Pro nonprescription (plano) products
  • MiOptics Precise nonprescription (plano) products
  • Items must be in original condition with all originally included items and packaging

What's Not Eligible For Return

  • Prescription (single vision or progressive) or custom orders
  • Items damaged from improper use, abuse or normal wear

If you purchased your MiOptics products from a vision clinic or authorized retailer (rather than directly from MiOptics), please contact them directly for returns, exchanges or warranty claims.

Return Process

Domestic Returns (United States)

  • Request a refund or exchange by emailing returns@perceptcorp.com
  • A flat $10 domestic return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

  • Contact our team at returns@perceptcorp.com and we'll send you instructions on how to return or exchange your items.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Terms

  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 60 days of the shipment date.
  • We'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 days after receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Your refund should show on your original payment method statement within 7-14 days.
  • Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Six Month Warranty Coverage

Manufacturing Defects Warranty

MiOptics warrants its lenses and frames against manufacturing defects for six (6) months from date of original purchase.

What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in lens and frame materials
  • Structural defects that affect lens performance

What's Not Covered

  • Wear and tear from normal use
  • Damage caused by accident or abuse
  • Scratches from improper cleaning or storage
  • Damage from dropping or impact

Warranty Claims Process

  • If purchased from MiOptics directly, contact us at customerservice@perceptcorp.com about replacement options.
  • If purchased from a vision clinic or authorized retailer, contact the vision clinic or authorized retailer where you purchased MiOptics for return or replacement options.
  • Claims must be initiated within the 6-month warranty period.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items to determine if damage is covered under warranty.

Product & Delivery Issues

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) or your product was damaged in shipment.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will exchange your defective item for the same make and model item at no extra cost to you. Please include a photo of the damaged item and packaging. 

Please contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery to process your exchange.
