Digital Eyestrain

Research from Albert Einstein College of Medicine found that narrow band green light (nbGL) can help reduce digital eyestrain.

Scientists discovered that exposure to nbGL for two hours led to less eye discomfort, dryness and fatigue caused by prolonged screen use. Participants reported feeling less strain and improved visual comfort after using green light. These findings suggest that nbGL could be a simple, noninvasive way to relieve digital eye strain, making screen time more comfortable for those who experience frequent eye fatigue.
