Dizziness & Nausea

Research from Massachusetts General Hospital found that narrow band green light (nbGL) can help reduce dizziness and nausea.

Scientists discovered that exposure to nbGL for two hours led to a decrease in motion sickness, imbalance and general discomfort. Participants reported feeling more stable and less queasy after using green light. These findings suggest that nbGL could be a simple, noninvasive way to alleviate dizziness and nausea, offering potential relief for those who experience these symptoms regularly.
