Light Sensitivity

A recent study found that narrow band green light (nbGL) can significantly reduce light sensitivity.

Researchers discovered that exposure to nbGL for two hours helped individuals become less sensitive to bright or harsh lighting, making everyday environments more comfortable. Participants also reported feeling more at ease and experiencing less discomfort from light exposure. These findings suggest that nbGL could be a simple, noninvasive way to help those who struggle with light sensitivity.
