Emerging research suggests that green light may help reduce motion sickness. Scientists have already discovered that green light is easier on the brain and can lessen migraine pain. Studies indicate it may also help with motion sickness by calming the nervous system and reducing the discomfort caused by visual motion. This could mean that using green light—whether through lighting, screens or filters—might be a simple way to ease motion sickness symptoms.
